Unfortunately, our booking was unexpectedly transferred to another hotel due to a notification email that I missed while driving. It wasn't until we arrived at the Red Door Wahidin and were informed by the staff that I found out about the change. The quality of the replacement hotel was extremely poor, with a strong odor and non-functional water supply, which meant we couldn't even take a shower. The experience was truly disappointing.
