The spot is spot‑on – right in the centre, with a nice little courtyard and staff who actually cared. The only thing that let me down was the bedding in one of the rooms; the sheets felt pretty worn. Overall, a solid stay if you can overlook the old linens.

The two reception ladies were incredibly friendly, and the hotel’s charm really shines through the décor and the breakfast spread. Being right in the historic quarter is a huge plus. No real downsides that I noticed.
