“Romantic, charming, good location”
Great staff support and a beautiful facility full of character, but the rooms feel a bit outdated.
“Don't stay here unless you're desperate in August.”
Good breakfast and great location, but the room and bathroom were tiny and in dire need of renovation. The room smelled, had mismatched furniture, dirty carpet, and the AC left the room wet. The bathroom had no space for toiletries, and the shower soaked the entire bathroom. This is a 1‑star/$100 room, not $300, except for being in Saratoga in August.
“Scenic Beauty close to Downtown.”
The Anne Washington is stunning, set in a scenic spot yet close to everything in Saratoga. The staff, especially Florence, the Manager In Training, were super friendly and helpful. A small fridge in the room would be nice.

Excellent breakfast, great location, beautiful grounds, and excellent staff! The shower could have a lip to keep the bathmat dry, and fresh towels could have been swapped when the used ones were left outside the door each morning.
“A welcoming Inn to enjoy while in Saratoga!”
The spot was spot-on, right near the race track, downtown, the performing arts venue, and right across from the huge state park. Joe and his family, the owners, treated us like kin—warm, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. The continental breakfast kicked off the day nicely. I found it super relaxing to chill on the quiet porch and chat with other guests. I stayed in a tiny standard room on the main floor of the annex; it was just enough to sleep in, but I’d suggest snagging a room with more room to move around. A musty odor hit me every time I walked in, though the AC blowing helped. There’s no daily maid service, but that was fine for me. All in all, a lovely, quaint inn!
