“Cranston House B&B”
The house looks as lovely as the photos show, and its spot is close to town if you use the pedestrian bridge that crosses the London Rd bypass at Moat Rd’s end; the receptionist was helpful and professional, so I definitely recommend it.
“Welcoming hosts, excellent value for money and in a great location.”
Brian is an outstanding host, warm and friendly; the room was well equipped and cleaned daily, and the extra teas and fresh milk were a nice touch; breakfast was freshly cooked to a high standard; the location is great, about a 10‑minute walk to East Grinstead’s centre and a 20‑minute walk to the Bluebell Heritage Railway; we booked on short notice and were pleased to find a room available with no length‑of‑stay restrictions, so the value for money and service were excellent.

The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee facilities and a nice view of the garden; the bathroom had a shower; it was perfectly acceptable for a one‑night stay; the full‑English breakfast was great, as was the continental option, and everything was fine.
