“Experiência decepcionante e muito aquém do esperado”
The location is good. The experience was disappointing and far below expectations. I chose the lodge to celebrate my birthday, yet the stay was plagued by frustration and a lack of consideration for guests. We were told there would be a brief disturbance because of a wedding setup, but what happened went far beyond that. At 21h there was still drill noise, ruining our rest. The receptionist even offered a refund and suggested I could have gone elsewhere. Yet she seemed to ignore a crucial point: I was traveling with a six‑month‑old baby. Finding another place under those conditions is hard, especially when the choice was based on positive reviews and the hope of a pleasant, comfortable stay. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. I felt guests were treated like a production line, rushed to speed up the wedding setup instead of receiving the care and attention expected from a lodge. What frustrated me most was paying the full price for a stay that delivered none of the minimum comfort, tranquility, and quality expected. I wanted a special experience to celebrate my birthday, but I ended up with something far below what I contracted. I acknowledge that, in the end, the manager was friendly and tried to mitigate the situation by offering a credit. However, politeness does not erase the troubles endured, and a credit for a future stay does not solve my dissatisfaction, especially since I have no interest in returning.
