The property is beautiful, clean, and located in the center of Pompeii. Mrs. Anna is a wonderful, smiling, kind, and very generous person; every request was met immediately. We had ten very pleasant days. I hope everyone is like her. I recommend 100 %—thank you so much for everything. See you soon. Keep up the great work!!!

The cleaning was good. We had no water all day, the bed was extremely hard, we were assigned the first room and could literally hear everything.

The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had all the essentials. Because the hotel is inside a house, people rang the bell late at night and made a lot of noise. We were next to reception and kept waking up every time someone passed.

The room was very good – spacious, comfortable, clean, with perfect air conditioning and a large bathroom. The area was residential, so it was safe and quiet, close to several restaurants. Walking for 7 minutes you reach the main square, so the location is good. The lady who greeted us wasn’t very friendly; that was the only downside.
