I loved the location and the lake view for dining and relaxing, and it was good value for money; however, outside noise made it hard to sleep, and trash on the hill side spoiled the scenery—neighboring properties should schedule regular clean‑ups.

The lakeside spot was beautiful, the lounge sofas were great for evening campfire chats, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean, the soap and towel rack were bent, the Wi‑Fi was spotty, and the receptionist was unfriendly and unprepared for our arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is situated in a stunning location by the lake, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's food and staff were also top-notch, and I appreciated the nearby town of Rutindi, which has a lovely morning market twice a week. However, I was a bit annoyed by the loud music from the nearby town, which went on until late at night, and the hotel staff would sometimes go and try to calm things down, but it wasn't always successful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The view from my room was lovely, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which was a great start to the day. However, I was disappointed to find that the hotel's facilities felt a bit worn out and in need of an update, and the lack of reliable Wi-Fi was a major letdown - the patchy signal in the restaurant made it almost unusable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which was full of surprises and adventures. The various walking paths throughout the hotel made it feel like a fun and playful place to be, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging permits for gorilla trekking. However, I was a bit frustrated by the long wait times for dinner, which often took around two hours, and the challenging drive to the hotel, which was a bit of a trek over a winding sand road.
