Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The host was very friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, the room was spotless, and the location was convenient both for the city center and the beaches. The only downside was that a thick curtain blocked the room, letting in just a little light.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and had brand‑new furniture. There was a private entrance with a small outdoor table, a comfortable towel and swim‑wear rack.

The location was perfect, everything stayed impeccably clean and was exceptionally well maintained throughout our stay. Riccardo was an outstanding host—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

The property was clean, well‑managed, and detailed. Riccardo, a very welcoming person, takes care of every aspect of his guesthouse and is very willing to meet the needs of his guests. The location is incredible, 5‑10 minutes on foot from the main beaches of Numana and 3 minutes from the supermarket. We parked the car in front of the property and never retrieved it for the rest of the holiday. The cleaning of both interior and exterior spaces, carried out daily, and the towel changes were excellent. It was a beautiful, relaxing vacation with zero stress thanks to Onda del Conero. There is nothing else to add.
