It’s a quiet place, and even though Korean tourists visit often, the neighborhood isn’t noisy. There are many good coffee shops nearby, and there’s a place for breakfast close by. The rooms are a bit small, and the water pressure is slightly weak in each room.

The room was very dirty; the receptionist was kind and swapped the stained towels, but everything else—bathroom, bed, walls—was still messy. The hotel is far from the city center, only useful for catching a transfer to Pu Luong.

The staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Overall, it’s a cozy and nice hotel in a decent area.

Because it’s in the city centre the buildings are so close that pulling back the curtains or opening a window compromises privacy, so I’d recommend a room on the 6th or 7th floor; everything else was great – there’s a garage and you can rent a spot for a motorbike, which was convenient and left me satisfied, although at check‑in sometimes the water refill was missing or the fridge was low on drinks, requiring immediate attention.

I love how clean everything is, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom is spotless. The hotel sits on a quiet street with nice cafés to work at, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The door has a small gap at the floor, so I can hear my neighbor playing music, but it’s not too bad.
