Great location and excellent welcome.
The palace with a courtyard feels charming, and the room is quiet. The room is nice but a bit dated and small. Breakfast is served in a nearby bar; you can only get coffee or cappuccino plus a brioche or a slice of cake. The bar runs smoothly, but the breakfast is basic.
The host is very friendly and accommodating!

I appreciate the owner Mrs. Michelo’s kindness, and the location is close to the tram station. The room is a small, old 11 square meter space with an ordinary mattress, an old bed, a hard pillow, no air conditioning in Chinatown, no place to hang clothes, a small TV, weak internet, and a noisy small refrigerator. The toilet is dirty and the bathroom has no water pressure from above, and there is a lot of street and restaurant noise below. The owner lives in the adjacent room, which has a door. Breakfast is only coffee and a croissant at the outside café.
