Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly, and they included free meals and drinks, all while being inexpensive—no complaints, completely satisfied. Next time I come to Urawa, this will be my first choice! The only thing I wish for is a larger dining area.

Even though it’s a capsule hotel, the TV was big and it was great. The all‑you‑can‑eat meals had some hard spots, probably because they were a while ago.
