“Comfortable hotel, rude and cruel manager.”

The room was tidy and the check‑in process was smooth, with no problems with the facilities or the staff. However, the manager was rude and condescending; we had seen a stray puppy hit by a car, took it to a vet, learned it had broken several bones and needed surgery, and the surgery was scheduled for three days later, so we had to care for it until then. I bought a large crate for the puppy to stay in, and when I asked the manager if we could bring the puppy to the hotel room for two nights with the crate inside, he was extremely rude and told us to find another hotel. He has no right to speak so badly to guests who are trying to help an injured animal. I don't trust people with such cruel hearts. The rest of the staff are hardworking and kind.

I chose a deluxe room with a huge bathtub that fits two people; the upper area was spacious, the facilities complete. Dinner was a pork hot pot with extra rice dishes added – overall the food was okay but a bit pricey. Breakfast was fine, not great but acceptable, and I paid extra for both dinner and breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning cool and refreshing, and I slept well. The walls didn’t insulate sound well; I could hear noises from around the room – chairs and tables being moved, car traffic from the street – so if you have trouble sleeping, bring a sleep aid.

The room offered a nice view. There was no easy access for cars or Uber, and late checkout wasn’t available.

“Had a wonderful time staying there, is routes to Kanchanaburi, Erawan waterfalls.”

The riverside location with a view of the mountains was stunning.

The swimming pool was beautiful and the room had a view. It was very relaxed, the ideal place to unwind. They have a good restaurant, and all guests can use a free canoe. It’s a 10‑minute drive from the Erawan waterfalls. The breakfast schedule was too limited for us, and we found the organization confusing because we had to order breakfast the evening before. Because of unclear communication, we missed breakfast twice during our stay. Also, the breakfast seemed quite heavy for European guests; it would be nice to have lighter options with more local fruit. We hope this feedback is helpful and can improve future guests’ experiences. We would recommend adding steps or a ladder to the main swimming pool to make entering and leaving more comfortable and accessible for everyone.
