The property was really close to the center and my points of interest, in a quiet area full of very cute little spots. The cleaning wasn’t very thorough and the stairs inside were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately there were also external works and I could never open the windows. The host was always friendly, but when I made a request he didn’t reply until after I had already left, effectively preventing me from using the favor I had asked for (storing my luggage safely a few hours after checkout).

A beautifully furnished room with a separate toilet/shower that was at least as lovely, in a wonderfully pretty street. Nothing negative.

Excellent location, ideal for walking around and exploring the city. I must highlight how quickly they answered our questions. It would be nice if they had a kettle to heat water.

“Appartamento accogliente”

The location in the city center is superb. The host’s availability was spectacular: even though checkout was at 10 am, she let us leave our luggage in the common living area until 4 pm. The kitchen is great, stocked with a fridge, microwave, oven, induction stove, and various cookware. The house could be cleaned more thoroughly. In the lower‑floor rooms, rooms 1 and 2, we unfortunately hear the footsteps of guests staying on the upper floors.

The matress was pretty moldy and the floor pretty dusty, unfortunately
