The hotel is fairly new, yet it still feels subpar. The reception is often unmanned, and the staff linger outside smoking. Breakfast was a disaster for a four‑star property—there was virtually no selection and the quality was poor. The rooms are small, and the worst part was the persistent toilet odor, smelling of stale urine and sewage intermittently but very frequently. The smell was unbearable, prompting us to cut our stay short, and the hotel made no effort to address it. It certainly never lives up to a four‑star rating.

The hotel is generally fine. The night staff were rude, especially the guy working the night shift on Tuesday/Wednesday (18–19 August); cars were parked at the charging spots and when I asked to move them so I could charge my car, he said they were his friends’ cars and wouldn’t move them. When I said I would leave a negative review, he replied with a weird “you’re doing your best” comment. The morning staff were very nice, though.
