The profile photos were AI‑generated and totally misleading. The entrance was a narrow, dirty alleyway. The elevator was broken, and staff refused to help me lift a heavy suitcase to the third floor. Inside, the hotel did not match the pictures at all—those were not photographs but images in the profile. If you divide expectations by 10, you get the reality.

When we arrived, the staff was extremely surprised and had no information about our arrival. He called someone and then refused to let us check in. His English was very poor. When asked why he was denying us, he said it was forbidden to accommodate people like us—meaning Indians. He even wouldn’t let us use the restroom. Why is there no notice that foreigners are not allowed? We drove thirty minutes from the airport to find out we wouldn’t be checked in. The photos also do not reflect the real situation.
