The place is quiet and close to Park Zdrojowy, and the breakfasts are pretty good, though there’s no espresso coffee. The shower cabin is small, the furniture is worn with carpet stains, the bathroom lacks space for toiletries, the floor creaks in rooms and corridors, power outlets are hard to reach (often behind furniture), there are few hangers in the wardrobe, and the rooms are acoustically poor, so a louder neighbor could easily disturb your rest.

When we arrived the doors were locked; we rang the bell and phone and waited 20 minutes in the rain. An 82‑year‑old man claimed ownership and behaved as he pleased. The room was not what we expected—stale, foul‑smelling, and old. I don’t recommend it because of the atmosphere and conditions; we abandoned our stay. It feels more like a nursing home in a glass enclosure than a hotel. Never again.

The hotel sits in a very good spot, close to the center yet in a quiet area. Breakfast was tasty and varied, the room was comfortably furnished, and everything was clean.
