The location is fantastic with a view of the Great Sphinx and the Giza Pyramids; nearby there are shops, a pizzeria, ATMs, and entrance to the Pyramid complex. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are responsive, and the rooftop restaurant offers delicious food with a view of the sights, plus a huge Egyptian breakfast. The only downside is the street noise, at least on the second floor, but Cairo is a city that lives 24/7.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! TOTAL SCAM! Avoid this place at all costs! They charged my card 3 months in advance for my reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they claimed they were "fully booked" and told me I had to pay again for a new room. When I asked them to cancel my initial reservation, they flat out refused and told me to cancel it myself. Since it was within 24 hours of check-in, canceling it on my end meant would automatically charge me a 50% penalty fee. They deliberately use this trick to steal your money! When I reported this to the local police and the people who came to help, they confirmed that this is a widespread and common scam around Giza—charging guests in advance and then denying them entry or forcing double payments. The balcony and rooftop give a great view of the Pyramids, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful, the staff are exceptional and very helpful, and Mira welcomes you warmly. The only issue is the lack of space to store clothes.

Everything was fine even though renovations were underway; it wasn't that inconvenient, just had to eat just down the street. The staff were very good. The only problem was the dead cat left outside the hotel all the time while we were there.

A very good hotel, clean and welcoming. The staff are professional and very friendly, with a special mention for the two reception hosts Mira and Shahy for their professionalism and kindness, attentive to us. In‑room service and dining are of high quality, meals are excellent and reasonably priced. The view of the Pyramids is superb. Nothing bad to report in the hotel itself, just the Giza area can be a bit too pushy with tourists…
