The location and surroundings were nice. The hotel was a nightmare. The rooms and the entire hotel were very dirty. The room itself and the bathroom were full of dust, spider webs, dead flies on the ceiling lamp, and the bathroom ventilation was so filthy that turning it on caused more damage than benefit. The floors smelled like mold and mildew and so on. The bed sheet had holes. In short, a restful stay was impossible because the furnishings were worn out and partially damaged. This hotel in this condition is absolutely unacceptable and hazardous to health. Even for a cheap price one should expect some hygiene and pleasant amenities.

The room was very dirty, with spider webs on the windows and dust on all furniture. There was a very limited breakfast selection, always the same sausage. The hotel was untidy and the staff were not very friendly.

The meals were plentiful and tasty. The hotel felt outdated, untidy, and noisy. I stayed here 7 years ago and there has been no modernization, renovation, or progress.

Unfortunately a huge disappointment. We booked two rooms and both were in an unacceptable state. The entire hotel looked rundown, unclean, and very dirty. The rooms were dusty, filthy, and partially damaged. In the bathrooms the grout was heavily soiled, the shower cabin and fixtures were limescale‑stained and unclean. Dust covered the furniture, wall stains and damage were present, and the carpet was also dirty. Especially annoying: one room had no cold water, the other had no hot water. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Because I have a severe dust allergy, this caused health issues for me. I could barely sleep all night and had to cough constantly due to the dust. Additionally, electricity and parking fees were charged separately, even though they were not included in the room price or transparently listed, which unnecessarily increased the cost. For €71 per night this condition is in no way justified. Due to the significant shortcomings we consider a refund of at least 50 % of the room price reasonable. We cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. Urgent renovation and cleaning are required.

“Sanieren mit Fachpersonal und Wille zur Gästezufriedenheit!”

The staff were very friendly and the balcony view was beautiful. The ceiling light was missing, so you stumble in the dark at night. The furnishings and floor finishes were worn out, including the beds: slatted frames, a defective and dirty mattress, and missing mattress protectors. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the shower drain was rusty, and parking cost €10 per day, which is unacceptable for this condition. The cleaning-on‑request concept is a cost‑saving measure, but the doors and windows could be better maintained. The cleaning staff worked hard, but the size of the property makes it impossible to meet all requirements. A window cleaner could help. The price does not meet the standard.
