The staff were very kind and answered all our requests; the view from the restaurant and rooftop pool was amazing.

It wasn’t my first time and it certainly won’t be the last—everything is perfect! The presence of George and all the hotel employees was a bit of a nuisance, but Maria at the restaurant’s front desk deserves a special mention.
We opted for the all‑inclusive package and they upgraded us to a Jacuzzi room; the hotel is stunning with a perfect view, the restaurants serve tasty food, and the rooms are very clean. They also upgraded us to the cool living complex on the upper floor, which includes an infinity pool and a great restaurant. The view is the best in the hotel. We rented a car for one day through the hotel and it was really convenient. However, you need to book all restaurants in advance; I recommend contacting them before arrival, otherwise they’ll say there’s no space and make a fuss about it. The upper‑floor rooms are the prettiest, but it’s annoying to wait for a shuttle whenever you want to go down, as it can take a long time. The pool water was too cold in August, and there were a lot of winds that blew hard on one day, making it impossible to sit in the upper area.
The staff were professional and the food and amenities were good, making the stay relaxing.
