The manager was super friendly and made us feel right at home; the cottage itself is absolutely lovely.

The old building is beautiful and close to the spa, but the room was unfortunately very dusty, not the cleanest, and the bed was quite old.

It was by far one of my favourite overnight stays ever, so much so that we added an extra night because we loved it so much. The house is exquisite and the grounds are equally beautiful, with old‑world charm and elegance. Breakfast was delicious. The managers and staff felt like family and treated us as if we belonged there, which made all the difference. I can’t wait to return. There is nothing I don’t like; it’s as close to perfect as an accommodation can get for us personally.
