“Nice but more attention to cleanliness and detail is needed to justify the price.”

Walking to Chesterman Beach was very convenient, the lobby and rooms had a cool decor, and the hotel stayed very quiet throughout our stay, but the shower curtain liner was moldy, the water pressure was low, the sheets were scratchy and needed replacing, food from previous guests was left in the fridge, and there were no housekeeping services—no new towels or bed‑making for our three‑night stay.

“A nice hotel with a cool concept, but there is room for improvement.”

It’s a nice hotel with a cool design and concept; free washing machines and dryers were very useful, and the front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room wasn’t as clean as expected, we found food left by earlier guests, there’s no separate bathroom and the shower opens directly into the hallway, which felt a little strange and uncomfortable, the breakfast was not very good, and the hotel is a drive away from the town centre.

“Too short but great fun.”

Breakfast was wonderful, and the person taking and making our orders was lovely. The $900 bill for one night was insane; dynamic pricing was nuts. I thought I’d booked two nights at that price and still found it to be a lot.

“Fijne plek”

The décor is nice and the staff are friendly. A free laundry facility is a great bonus for a multi‑week stay. The only drawback is that there is no village or restaurant within walking distance, except for a food truck.
