The staff were friendly and the TV and Wi‑Fi worked fine, yet the rooms, linens, and towels had a musty odor, there was no hot water, the water pressure was almost non‑existent, and I couldn’t pay with a card.

The hotel was easy to reach from the main road, but the air conditioning was painfully cold at night.

The bedsheet felt itchy—probably because it was dirty—and the toilet was blocked.

The room felt premium, incredibly spacious, well lit, and very tidy; the staff were accommodating, and the quiet neighborhood was close to the highway, making it good value for money. However, the shower didn’t provide hot water (or I didn’t know how to use it), the room could use a desk, the staff seemed understaffed, and breakfast could offer more options, though that’s understandable.

Attentive staff, listening to your request and suggests what they can help. Super noisy air condition, housekeeping is not a thing even if you ask for it. 2x I changed rooms just because TVs are not working. No drinking water supplied daily, you must ask to the front desk. Telephones not working. Too many insects
