The staff were very welcoming, the room was spacious and clean, and they offered a luggage service. The bathroom toilets were problematic; without a mixer it was hard to set the water temperature, which swung from very hot to cold.

Breakfast was tasty and varied, the room was beautiful and spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent for sightseeing, and the staff were kind and helpful. Everything was top‑class.

The night porter greeted me warmly! The bed was really comfortable! The exterior was very nice and the location good. The bathroom had bad mold and a strong odor; the subway runs under the hotel and vibrates constantly, so I was disappointed after reading the glowing reviews. The other room was old, with no proper toilet door.
