The staff were amazing; Yuni welcomed us at arrival and was so friendly. She even helped me recover my phone that I left in the car by making a few calls and having the driver bring it back! The room was stunning—just brought tears to our eyes when we walked in. The pool is huge, so big you could mistake it for a resort‑wide pool. Little touches in the room, like Pocari and vitamin C drinks, were appreciated. The restaurant was nice, and all the staff there were lovely and attentive. Every night there was entertainment, and the singer was particularly good. The staff will book and arrange any plans you like in Ubud. Overall it was an amazing stay; we couldn’t recommend Adiwana Riverfront more highly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ms Yuni who went above and beyond after we had a small issue with the room. The massage they offered was excellent, and the food and breakfast were also good. Because the hotel is new and located in the middle of a forest/jungle, there are still things that need to be fixed so insects don’t enter the rooms, and the cleaning could use some improvement.

Our 2‑bedroom villa was perfect. All the staff were amazing, and the chef prepared a special Balinese dinner for us one evening. The restaurant staff were very kind, the spa treatments we had were divine, and the level of service from housekeeping to front of house was exceptional. The location and views were amazing—tranquil, stunning, and easy to get into the hustle of the town. We will definitely be going back 🙏🏼

I liked everything about the resort, from the facilities and breakfast to the wonderful staff. In particular, Mr. Dita and Mr. Adi were very kind and helpful. Staying in this area was a unique experience that made me feel far away from the city. The photos were accurate and reflected exactly what I saw during my stay. The location is slightly far from the city center; you need almost a 30‑minute grab to reach it in rush hours.
