The room was dirty, pillows were smelly, the shower was filthy, the balcony stank with torn balloon remnants, the breakfast was horrific, the waitress was a loud Russian, she yelled at us and other guests because we were at an evening meal table (that was breakfast). No orange juice at breakfast, the tap dripped and water was on the floor—disgusting! Apart from the front desk staff who were excellent, everything else was appalling.

The location is great, but the room was full of dust, the shower head was bad, and the furniture looked old.

The spot is close to Bloomsbury (the impact, etc.), but one room wasn’t ready at 15:00, the shower needs serious renovation, the curtain in the room doesn’t block the light, the dining area closed early in the morning, the drink and coffee machines were empty and not working, the selection was very limited, and everything felt very old.
