The location and cleanliness were good, but there was a mistake at reception about my stay dates, a room change because the balcony door was damaged (and street noise), and at check‑out I was asked for more money because the receptionist was still confused.

I enjoyed my stay at Riverside Hotel Phu Ly thanks to its affordable food options and very friendly staff; the team was welcoming and helpful throughout, which made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable, though there is still room for improvement in facilities and overall maintenance to enhance the guest experience.

Everything about our stay at this hotel was perfect, from the moment we arrived to the delicious breakfast that was served. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the breakfast spread, which was more in line with European standards. The hotel's staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met throughout our stay.
