The place was very clean, the mattresses were good, and it was close to the tram. The kitchenette could use more features, like a faucet for washing dishes.

It’s within walking distance of the stadium, and parking is good. Because the apartment is on the top floor, it gets quite stuffy in the summer.
I was heading to a concert and the spot was perfect—just a 20‑minute walk to the stadium and a lovely park nearby. The host was very pleasant. However, when we arrived it was +38°C in Germany, and the apartment on the second floor felt stuffy; the fan didn’t do much to cool it down. The cleaning could have been tighter—there was a lot of dust and the bedroom floor wasn’t tidy.
