Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The location is great—you can walk to Disney Springs and are close to several Disney parks. Everyone at reception was very friendly, especially Juan, Isabela and Michele. There was a small mix‑up with an Amazon package (three deliveries, only one had an issue). The delivery was made on the ground floor instead of the lobby and the front desk had trouble locating it. Receptionist Michele figured out the problem and found the package.

The hotel was good. I had to leave.

Everything was close by and the areas were very clean, and the staff were very friendly, but the parking charges per day made me sigh.

I liked how close the hotel was to Disney Springs, but there was no water in the room for drinking, and when we tried to get it we were given bottled water instead.

The location was great, but there were no water bottles in the room for making coffee.
