The place sits right near the beach and shops, which is super convenient, but the front desk staff were not always around when I needed them.

The hotel is close to Beyond Patong food street, 7 Eleven, Tops, and just a short walk from the main nightlife; the shower pressure and temperature control are probably the best I've seen, rooms are clean and functional with medium‑soft beds, and every floor has a water cooler to refill bottles. However, the plug sockets were loose, there were a few ant‑like insects, a small patch on the roof, and some finishes could use an update—caulk and seams feel a bit rough. Room 309 felt rougher than room 307 where a friend stayed, and there was no bedside table for the single bed.
