“Entire hotel smelled like weed!”

When we checked in, the staff told us the credit‑card terminal was down, so we had to pay in cash. My husband left at 11:00 pm to get cash from an ATM, while I waited in a lobby with no chairs. The “breakfast included” was just coffee, granola bars, and muffins. The biggest issue was that the whole place smelled like a weed lounge—people were vaping inside despite “no smoking” signs. The odor was so strong it gave us headaches because the bathroom fan sucked in hallway air. I won’t come back.

The staff rushed us out before the check‑out time, and the bed had hair in it before we even got to use it, showing the cleaning was sloppy or poorly supervised. If you’re going to rush guests out, at least make the cleanup worthwhile for the next person. I’ve never seen these problems at other extended‑stay locations.

“Read location, horrible facility, dirty not wealth care for pillows for beds appear to be cut in half tiny pillows that”

The location was close to the highways, but the room was dated and worn down. A fire alarm hung from the ceiling, cobwebs were everywhere, the toilet seat was falling off, the refrigerator was filthy, and the doors were covered in a sticky substance—I wish I could upload a picture. It was horrible.
