정말 기분 좋게 머물렀습니다. 객실은 편안했고 짧은 여행에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 직원분들도 질문이 있을 때마다 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 모든 과정이 순조로웠습니다. 다음에 서울에 방문할 때도 다시 숙박할 생각이 있습니다.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution other travellers against booking here. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There were visible signs of poor cleanliness and maintenance throughout, including peeling and sagging wallpaper, unexplained marks and dirt on the walls, and what appeared to be mould around the air conditioning unit and in the bathroom. We also encountered insects in the room, with insect repellent already present, which was particularly concerning and raised serious questions about the hotel's awareness of and response to pest issues. The bed was completely flat and uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the room fell far below what was advertised and reasonably expected. Rather than providing a clean, safe and comfortable place to rest, the room raised serious concerns about basic hygiene and guest safety. What made the situation worse was the poor management and lack of accountability. We ultimately left approximately an hour after arriving because the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodation at our own expense. We then attempted to resolve the matter , asking the platform to mediate with the property and help secure a refund for the unused nights. Despite 's efforts to communicate with the hotel and propose a reasonable resolution, the property failed to demonstrate an appropriate level of accountability or customer service. Having to spend additional time and money addressing a problem that should never have occurred was incredibly frustrating. This was not simply a matter of personal preference or a room not meeting our aesthetic

Staff. They are very nice and supportive. Working really hard even they tried cleaning clogged toilet. Facilities so bad. Broken window frames, Table legs broken and un balancing ,shower not functioning,toilet was clogged,wall paper was falling off , so many problems accumulated

La ubicación es perfecta. Por si ha alguien le pasa como a mi: el check in es a las 20h. Ese no sería un problema realmente porque lo pone en la descripción de booking. Lo que pasó fue que cuando llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 16h nos dijeron que “podemos cancelar la reserva y pagar una nueva y entrar antes a la habitación”. No me acabo de gustar porque si las normas del hotel son entrar a las 20h, que ganan ellos cancelando y volviendo a reservar?. No fui a la única clienta que se le ofreció. Curioso cuanto menos. Cuando porfin entramos en la habitación (habíamos reservado una doble deluxe) la habitación tenía el papel pintado manchado y descolorido, pelo entre las toallas y polvo por todas partes. Lo comentamos y nos cambiaron de habitación (al día siguiente). En mejor estado pero bastante similar. El chico de recepción, vía traductor, fue amable y resolutivo en todo momento. Resumen: es un hotel de dos estrellas, viejo, que está bien ubicado. Pagas solo la ubicación, porque lo demás deja que desear

The room size was great, the bed was reasonably comfortable, they offer 4 pillows instead of 2 which is a treat! They have a well priced laundry service, offer bottled water and theres a hair straightener in the room! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was good too!. The bathroom is definitely dated and showing signs of mould, could use a revamp
