The place was very clean, the room stayed quiet, and the location was solid; I snagged a great last‑minute deal, so I’m happy I didn’t pay more. It feels like a “high‑end” hostel, and the absence of breakfast is oddly inconvenient. Parking nearby is awful—on‑street spots cost a fortune. The bathroom is nice, but the door never shuts and the shower door is just a flap; you’ll need to bring your own shower gel.

The location was great, very accessible to transport and in a fantastic neighbourhood. As someone who loves food, a small refrigerator would have been handy; I didn’t ask the hosts if anything could be done, but they were very helpful with any requests.

The host was welcoming, the location lovely, and the bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee station felt a bit awkward, and there was nowhere to stash luggage.

It sits in a quiet residential area that’s both safe and peaceful, especially for a work trip. The room was cozy and clean. Martina and Tammy were kind and efficient, and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe staying in Donnybrook Hall thanks to the electronic lock.
