The hotel’s location was fine, but the breakfast didn’t feel like a proper meal and shouldn’t have been advertised as included. The dining area didn’t meet the standards one would expect from a public space. The room’s cleanliness was disappointing, with an unpleasant odor as soon as I entered, and the reception area had a similar smell.

The room was clean & Lisa was the most helpful staff member. Everytime we have been there she is always nice. First, the foreign guy couldn't find my booking sheet. Then, I requested extra towels and he was like "there is only 2 people in the room so what you already have should be enough." What exactly is the issue with having extra towels? My boyfriend went up there and the foreign guy was like if "I find out, you have more than 2 people in the room, you will not get your $60 deposit." That was not professional and there should definitely be a change in staff at the front desk. Also, the key cards are not good. They randomly stop working

I didn’t like anything about the stay. The carpet was dirty, the room was scorching hot and took a long time to cool down, the lounge chair was filthy, and the bed was in terrible shape with deep holes that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I had to flip the mattress to try to find a better spot, but it was still awful. I’ll never return; it was the worst experience of my life. The fridge barely worked and breakfast was terrible.
