I was happy to find the hotel right next to Mall Road, but the swimming pool was shut from 6 pm and even in the morning it stayed closed, so I couldn’t use it.

The ambience of the property, the helpful staff, and the green setting with a lake view were all great, but the swimming pool should have no operating hours.

The food service was marvelous, the housekeeping staff were very friendly, and the view from the hotel was completely fabulous.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful, and the lake view was good, but the walls were so thin that I could hear conversations from the next room clearly, so privacy was lacking.
