The hotel is close to BTS Punawithi, not far on foot, and there aren’t many 7‑11s nearby so you have to walk down another lane. On my first night I woke up with severe arm muscle pain at midnight; calling the staff only got me directions to a 7‑11 where I had to buy medicine myself—very painful. I took two painkillers and slept only 20 minutes; the pain didn’t improve, so I searched for a nearby hospital. I ended up calling a taxi, went to an emergency room at 2 a.m., and it was a life‑changing experience. The only downside was that conversations outside the room could be heard inside.

The front desk staff were rude and dismissive, and any messages sent to the property were ignored. The room wasn’t cleaned properly; there was visible dirt in corners that hadn’t been vacuumed and the windowsill was dusty.

I’ll book again—excellent! Great value for my budget. The service was awesome and the staff were friendly.

“Horrible - I wish I didnt choose the hotel.”

The hotel’s location was good, but it needs maintenance to regain its charm. The rooms and lift require renovation; the lift feels scary because it can close at any moment even when the open button is pressed. The lights in the room weren’t working properly, breakfast was horrible and didn’t meet hygiene standards, and insects were everywhere in the area and on the food. We paid for breakfast but ended up skipping it.
