I’ve stayed at Hotel Bianca Vela twice already; the staff are always exceptionally polite and helpful, greeted with a smile, breakfast is perfect and I’ve never had a better breakfast in any hotel, rooms are always tidy and clean, and I’ll gladly come back. The bathroom could use some maintenance—loose tiles, a loose toilet seat, and no hook to hang towels. Otherwise everything was great.
