The room’s decor is gorgeous and it’s close to the playground area. The price is cheap for the quality, so when my wife had to return to Ha Long for work, we booked quickly and got a room that was very satisfactory, plus the bed is super wide.

The receptionist Ha was incredibly helpful, arranging a cruise tour for us. She stayed up late to show us many options and share all the details, and we were very grateful for her effort; she went above and beyond to make everything easy. On the downside, the cafe didn’t have enough food and the matcha took a little longer to prepare.

The staff were very helpful and assisted us with the next leg of our trip. The rooms are huge and very clean. This 3‑star hotel is simple and excels at that, and I recommend it for Ha Long.

Convenient for going out. The elevator is small.
