The location was great, the décor was stylish, and the pool stayed clean, but the construction next door kept the noise up all day, and when it wasn’t raining the kids’ shrieks in the pool were a real distraction.

The place was in a superb spot, the staff were fantastic, the beds were super comfy, the front desk had water on tap 24/7, and it was quieter at night than the other hotels on 5th Avenue—definitely the best stay on our Mexico trip.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to 5th Avenue, and the ADO bus terminal was nearby, which made getting around a breeze; the hotel itself was adorable, and the shower ran hot enough to wash away all the fatigue.

The spot was close to everything, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready with recommendations, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had air conditioning and a fan, and the pool was small but pleasant in a lovely setting. The water pressure was weak and the temperature control was awful—either it burned or it was cold. Breakfast was good, but it was served at a bar on the same street; we’d prefer it inside the hotel.
