The team was friendly and super helpful, and we all appreciated how welcoming they were. The rooms could use more upgrades—power outlets and overall finish feel unfinished; consistency across all rooms is needed.

It was breathtaking. My room was stunning and spotless. The staff went above and beyond, treating me like family, arranging a birthday cake and singing happy birthday in Vietnamese. They were all amazing, and I’ll stay here again because of the awesome staff. My experience was amazing. I loved this resort.

The location is simply fantastic, and the experience feels professional. The breakfast area is a bit cramped.

We appreciated the daily cleaning with a pleasantly scented detergent, the tasty breakfast, the motorbike rentals, and the handy central island location, yet something kept falling from the ceiling of the “bungalow with garden view”—perhaps wood‑shavings from a termite‑eaten roof or fine dust, which was especially noticeable on the bathroom table, the water table, and the TV stand.
