Dave and Javier have created an amazing slice of heaven up in the mountains of Asturias. It is an incredibly peaceful property. Each space is thoughtfully put together - every corner has been exceptionally, tastefully decorated, and you can tell that they put their heart and soul into maintaining and running this beautiful B&B. Dave is an excellent baker, and breakfast each morning was lovely. We didn't eat dinner there, but if the lovely scent wafting from the kitchen was any indication, dinner would have been equally enjoyable. Javier gave us excellent recommendations for the surrounding area, as well as in the nearby cities. They are both absolutely lovely people. The view from our room was exceptional, especially the sunset as it reflected off of the mountains. We very much look forward to visiting El Gran Sueño again, and highly recommend it!
