The staff were friendly and the rooms stayed spotless, but the mattress was incredibly hard—mostly just the frame—and on the top floor the sound insulation let you hear traffic from the main road.

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, yet the building feels old, the bed is uncomfortable, and the bathroom could use a renovation.

Parking could be reserved, the staff were accommodating, and the hot spring was really nice, but the walls felt thin, hallway noises and motorcycle sounds from outside were quite audible, and the hot spring had a strong chlorine smell.
