This is my third time at The Constance and it never lets me down—friendly staff, a comfy room, and a great location. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a perfect 10/10 is the parking: it’s not on site but a short walk away, though it’s undercover and easy to reach. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but when the empty lot next door was available it was a lot more convenient.

The location is decent, about a 5‑10 minute walk to Fortitude Valley. Security feels good; you have to go through the lobby, lift, and a card‑access door before entering the room, which makes you feel safe. The staff are friendly and the front desk is open 24 hours. The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The room is on the smaller side; if you have a lot of luggage or need more space, it’s not recommended. The air quality is poor; the room is sealed and stuffy, and even with the AC on it still feels uncomfortable.

The room was super cozy and made us feel right at home; we were comfortable and loved the overall vibe of the hotel. The staff were great and friendly, and we enjoyed how close the hotel was to everything since we walked to meet family for dinner. Nothing at all! It was great.
