“Great location and super value”
Great location, superb value
The spot is great, and the hotel feels clean and stylish. Unfortunately, they wouldn’t let me drop my luggage from Sagawa at Tokyo Station, so I had to lug it myself—something I’d assumed was a normal service.
The location is great, there’s a hairdryer and the bathroom is unique yet functional—strong shower, no leaks, mirror doesn’t fog, and the toilet seat is heated. We stayed four nights, but our room wasn’t cleaned at all; we asked on day two and were told it only gets cleaned every other day, which wasn’t true. The beds were super uncomfortable, and the air‑conditioning—essential in summer—blows right on your neck. The photos mislead; the rooms are tiny. When checking out, you must clear your room before 10:00, because the access card will be blocked at 09:55, and the elevator is very slow.
