I arrived earlier than the time I had said I would come and later at the appointed time, only to find a terraced house in poor external condition with nothing indicating it was a guesthouse. There was no doorbell or any way to enter, and no sign of life; knocking repeatedly produced no response, so I had to leave and find other accommodation. When I returned a few days later, the situation was unchanged.
