“Wonderful staff with 24 hour access”

The front desk staff were kind and very helpful—especially for solo travelers like me. I wish there were a few more toiletries in the bathroom, and the breakfast was really disappointing with little variety and poor quality.

“disappointing, not up to 4 star hotel standard”

The staff were professional and respectful, and the location is solid. However, the listing lied outright about facilities—there is no laundry even though it’s advertised, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had in a 4‑star hotel, and there’s only one day of luggage storage. There’s just a mini bottle of body wash for body and hair. The bar exists but isn’t staffed; reception may give you something from it on request. The AC is not controllable. I booked a room with “1 large double bed,” but it was actually two single beds stuck together, so I couldn’t sleep in the middle of a big bed as I expected. The entry signage is very poor. No laundry is, to my knowledge, a violation of a 4‑star hotel standard in Italy, and I think they should be stripped of the rating.

The rooms were not very clean and the air conditioner was unusable; there was also a crazy amount of noise.

The place had a fantastic location and the staff were genuinely sweet and helpful; everything was neat and clean.
