The café could be better, missing a lot of things. Even though the staff are super polite and helpful. Breakfast, the beds, missing a wardrobe in the room, no rug in the bathroom and no washcloth, many stairs to climb that are tight for a 20 kg suitcase. Note: I’m in my 3rd age to climb stairs. When they directed me to the inn they didn’t say there were stairs to climb where the rooms are.

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the highway noise is annoying.

The staff tried to make up for it with friendliness. No butter at breakfast… dirty cutlery, No 1st room, the toilet was clogged. In 2nd, the TV didn’t turn on. Room without privacy.

“Não recomendo nem como última opção!”

Everyone at reception is very attentive and helpful; they’re the only bright spot of the place. The overall structure of the lodge needs a lot of work—every room was filthy, the breakfast dishes seemed unwashed, the bread was hard, cold, and tasted off. It was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and the price doesn’t even cover the experience. Highway noise also disrupts sleep, and the mattresses are in bad shape and the linens aren’t clean.
