The location is great and the reception ladies are very pleasant. I didn’t have high expectations, so I didn’t look for negatives.

The beds were comfortable and let us sleep well. After we complained, the room was finally cleaned in about 30 minutes, so we could move in afterward. The room has a balcony. We didn’t expect luxury in a 3‑star hotel; a basic or older setup would have been fine if it had been clean and well kept. At arrival the room was still dirty after key hand‑over, so we had to go back to the front desk and complain. About 30 minutes later we could occupy the room. After cleaning it was tidy but overall cramped. The balcony and especially the balcony furniture were noticeably dirty. The room shows significant deficiencies and urgently needs renovation from our point of view. The whole property also looks noticeably under‑managed. A comprehensive renovation is urgently required. The biggest disappointment was the gap between the online presentation and the actual accommodation we received. The hotel mainly showcases the renovated part, but we were placed in the old, clearly renovation‑needed area, giving a false impression at booking. Breakfast was very simple and only available within a set time window. It included black tea, bread slices, a savory spread, tomatoes, and cucumbers. No coffee, juice, fruit, or eggs at breakfast.

“Idealny na weekend”

Great price, room very clean and tidy, beds comfortable. Staff very kind, breakfasts tasty. The only downside in our room was the very small shower cabin, but for a two‑day stay and quick showers that’s okay :)
