The lobby was okay, but the building felt old, the room had a mouldy smell, and many doors seemed like they could be forced open—definitely not a 4‑star experience.

The spot’s great for getting around San Francisco, but collecting a security deposit was annoying.

The hotel and location were perfect, but the morning staff at breakfast were rude, threw things, got annoyed when asked for coffee, and were disrespectful.
