All the facilities were in bad shape, the place was very dirty, and there was water leaking in the room.

The air conditioning and water heater worked, but the bedsheet was filthy, the floor was horrible, it wasn't clean at all, and there were a lot of cockroaches.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, which felt like a waste of money - it didn't even meet the standards of a budget hotel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the incredibly kind and helpful staff - they made my experience truly enjoyable. I didn't have any major complaints, and the hotel's warm hospitality made up for everything else.
