I was disappointed because the room I booked was advertised as a deluxe with a double bed and plenty of space, yet what I actually received was a smaller room with two tiny beds and none of the promised features.

The hotel’s location is excellent, everything else was just fine.

The location was close to amenities, but breakfast was included yet very limited; I only ate two of the six items served to the room on a tray that had seen better days.

Rating: -1/5 (Zero stars isn’t an option) An Absolute Disgrace: Unhygienic Nightmare, Disgusting Food, and Harassing Staff! Staying at this property was hands down the single worst, most traumatic hotel experience of my entire life. Calling this place a "hotel" is a complete joke—it is an unsanitary, poorly managed health hazard. My health genuinely deteriorated after spending just one night in that filthy dump. Here is a breakdown of this utter nightmare: Biohazard Level Cleanliness & Cockroach Infestation: The bedroom was disgusting beyond words. Cockroaches were crawling around the room and across the floor the entire night. The bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket were visibly soiled, stained, and reeked so badly of stale sweat and dirt that I couldn't sleep for a single minute. The bathroom smelled like an open sewer and made breathing difficult. Toxic Food & Blatant Fraud: The food quality was abysmal, unhygienic, and borderline hazardous to consume. To make matters worse, despite paying ₹1,600 for a package that explicitly included complimentary breakfast, they flatly refused to serve it to us in the morning. That is straight-up cheating and theft of paying guests. Rude Receptionist & Harassment: The front-desk receptionist treated us like street squatters living there for free rather than paying guests. The tone was condescending, hostile, and utterly unprofessional. On top of that, they crossed every boundary of decency and legal hospitality protocol by demanding our marriage certificate as "proof"—a blatant, humiliating intrusion of privacy. Shameless, Begging Staff: The room service staff does not care about service; they behave like vultures hunting for money. Even when we were finally checking out, staff members literally hollered at us from behind under the fake pretense of saying "goodbye," shamelessly harassing us for tips. Save your hard-earned money, your dignity, and your physical health. Rating: -1/5 (Zero stars isn’t an option) An Absolute Disgrace: Unhygienic Nightmare, Disgusting Food, and Harassing Staff! The staff were very good and cooperative, but everything else was a problem.
